Education is the manifestation of perfection present already in man. This is the code given by Swami Vivekananda. D.R.A. Sr. Sec. School is established in 1995. It is a school with an international outlook which embodies Shri Vivekananda vision which states, “Education is the manifestation of perfection present already in man”, from which we can conclude “A nation will be known by its people and the people will be known by their education”.
This school is founded by great socialist and educationist Shri Satpal Singh under aegis of Shree D.R.A. Siksha Samiti Majri Jhajjar.

We put the foundation of this institution with the dedication to develop the education standard in rural areas and since its inception our students bagged so many achievements in education, health, technicians, sports, cultural activities etc.

School has own airy building providing, good spacious class rooms, library, laboratories for Physics, Math, Chemistry, Biology, Computer and language build on more than 2 acres of land with Separate basketball court and two grounds.
We also have Mexus smart classes installed in 6 classrooms with interactive digital board systems where classroom teaching is enhanced through the use of technology. Today to meet the challenges and demands of modern fast paced world students need to be techno savvy. We realise the importance of electronically supported learning and have classroom equipped with smart boards. Well equipped computer studies with high end computers and ancillary printers and carefully monitored internet connectivity prepare our young learners for the IT driven world.
Spoken English is promoted by all the staff as well as students. The enthusiasm of the students to speak in English creates a fruitful environment in the school. It indicates the development of personality of the students in the events like G.D. (Group Discussion), Personality development, debate, declamations, Spell-vocab competition, English grammar quiz, communication skills, and boost up the self confidence of students.
